Christine Court Assisted Living is an accredited residential care facility providing assisted living for people who through age, disability or circumstances require assistance to live within the community. Our accommodation offers mature men and women a quality home-like environment where meals, cleaning, laundry, and administrative services including some limited personal care are provided. Christine Court Assisted Living is a modern purpose built facility which features ensuites bedrooms and offers residents an appropriate and secure lifestyle option.

Christine Court Assisted Living encourages each individual to be as independent as they are able with due respect to their age and or disability. We operate in a fully transparent fashion, encouraging participation from all external parties for the betterment of the community. Our staff continually upgrades their education and skills to improve their ability to provide a higher standard of accommodation and service to our residents.

Where Are We?

Booval is a suburb of Ipswich, located along the Ipswich to Brisbane corridor. Christine Court Assisted Living is within a walk of the Booval Rail Station and shopping precinct.

Our Residential Care Facility Provides:

• Modern purpose built building.
• Back to base fire alarm and emergency systems. Recorded CCTV covers all open areas to aid in providing a safe environment.
• An environment in line with all Government and council regulations.
• All utilities (gas, electricity, water) included in cost.
• Spacious single and twin-share accommodation with ensuite bedrooms.
• Support with daily living skills.
• Medication assistance.
• Television and recreation area, computer and activities room, reading and library area, quiet sitting areas, pool table.
• Community vegetable garden with house chickens.
• Rainforest gardens with aviary.
• Laundry
• Proximity to major transport including train and bus
• Resident blue phone for resident incoming and outgoing calls.
• All meals are catered for daily, served on a regular basis and are nutritutious, well presented and varied.
• Trained staff are employed daily and ensure that the home is clean, tidy and well presented.
• Personal laundry and bed linen will be professionallty washed on a weekly basis.

• Fees are set at between 80 to 85% of the DSP including rent assistance and pension supplement and will rise twice yearly in line with entitlements.
• Standard fees include the use of two electrical items within their rooms. Residents who require additional services may attract additional fees.
• Fridges in bedrooms are at the discretion of management.
• Residents who are away from this facility for a length of time greater than 7 days will receive a daily discount of $12.00.
• Keys will remain the property of the facility. Residents who require a set of keys will need to pay a key and lock holding fee upon taking up residence. Lost keys will be paid for by the resident
